You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Identify, quantify and monitor transactional and translational FX and interest rate exposures across APAC business units and countries, ensuring transparent and reliable risk reporting. Develop and execute hedging strategies in line with internal Corporate Treasury policies, market conditions and applicable regulatory and accounting requirements, including IFRS 9, IFRS 18 and EMIR where relevant. Integrate FX impacts and settlement effects into regional and group-wide cash flow planning to support proactive hedging, funding and liquidity decisions. Support and further drive the automation of settlement payments, valuation and accounting processes related to derivative and FX transactions. Monitor and actively support the reduction of local and trapped cash positions, including foreign currency balances, throughout APAC. Manage relationships with local banks and FX counterparties, including best-execution oversight, settlement instructions and coordination of bank accounts and electronic banking setups such as EBICS, H2H and SWIFT. Support daily Treasury operations and governance topics, including foreign currency disposition, KYC coordination and group-wide guarantee business, ensuring adherence to Treasury processes and guidelines. Contribute to the design, standardization and continuous improvement of APAC Treasury Hub processes, controls, reporting and service delivery. This is what you bring to us Five to eight years of experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally in a multinational or industrial automotive environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage. Demonstrated expertise in FX markets, instruments and hedging strategies. Experience with Treasury Management Systems and market-data tools, for example Coupa, SAP, 360T, Thomson Reuters, S&P or comparable applications, plus advanced Excel modelling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across countries, entities and functions.
