About this role
Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Leadership and supervision of SCM operators, warehouse personnel, and material handling activities to ensure efficient shift operations Coordination of material flow and logistics processes, including inbound, internal, and outbound operations, to support uninterrupted production Collaboration with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics functions to align daily priorities and operational requirements Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance, and implementation of corrective actions for material shortages Management of inventory control standards, FIFO compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective shift handover reporting and communication This is what you bring to us: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environment Leadership experience supervising operational teams Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a shift-based environment Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
