Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet department. Evaluate and improve maintenance controls and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan. Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool) is a must. Conformance to 5S and safety rules and regulation.Support the new tools setup, installation & qualification.Maintain an inventory of critical equipment spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure the availability of necessary components. Identify opportunities to reduce costs related to equipment parts, maintenance, and operations while maintaining high-quality standards. Support process team for evaluation & process verification. Mitigate risk capacity and capability bottleneck. Develop good equipment training program to bring up good maintenance skill among associate engineers and technicians. Participate in troubleshooting and quality improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and production outcomes. What we look for A bachelor’s degree in electronic, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation or equivalent. At least with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN with relevant experience in semiconductor/foundry environment.
