Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Responsible for Production Planning and Material Management for the entire ams Osram Nove Zamky Production Plant Reports to Head of Production Planning Europe, part of the Global Supply Chain function Drive and own cross-functional alignment on Production volumes for the manufacturing Plant and ensure production material availability Develop and execute strategy for optimal Production Plan and input material management, including inventory management Day-to-day operational management of issues on Shopfloor, production deliveries, and material deliveries Drive continuous process and tools improvement in Production Planning (implementation of advanced production planning tool) and Material Management (develop and implement dashboards and automated tools) Lead a team of (3) production planners and material managers Work closely with other functions: Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Controlling Collaboration to create coordinated plans for business growth and to support strategic projects Who we are looking for Education: University degree in a technical or business field Professional experience: 8+ years of professional experience in the production planning and material management and/or supply chain planning function Previous experience in team management Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, experience in advanced production planning tools Language skills: Fluent Slovak and English required German skills are an advantage Personal competencies: Analytically and strategically driven decision making Strong sense of ownership and accountability Cross-functional stakeholder management and operative team management skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively Proactive prioritisation, ability to perform under pressure Salary package starts from 2450 EUR/month gross, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position.
