Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Develop casting/molding process for mass production to handshake with operation team per project targeted timeline, yield & UPH. Generate/update documents (WI, buildsheet, OCAP, FMEA etc) required for new product/derivative. Train operation technicians and operators. Train R&D junior casting technicians & engineers. Contribute in casting/molding technology building block / roadmap, inclusive of assess new casting materials, new equipment, new toolings etc. To ensure self development to continually upgrading overall performance as well as maintaining organizational knowledge through supplier capability, material purchase spec management system & actively participating in internal and external knowledge sharing (Technical symposium, trade shows, etc) & revised of casting assembly design rules. Support new product pre-series and ramp-up. Support post Q5 product quality, yield improvement and FAR topics. Troubleshoot and lead DMAC or 8-D for technical issues contributed by casting during development. Support system (e.g. TS16949) and customer audit. What we look for Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or relevant field. 2 - 5 years in semiconductor process engineering field. Preferrably having minimum of 2 years in casting/molding process development. Casting/molding process egnineering knowledge & hands on skillset in semiconductors or LED manufacturing processes.
