Job Overview Leads comprehensive deployment of TE Operating Advantage (TOEA) across Dongguan plant to deliver sustainable performance improvement and operational excellence. Job Requirements Operational Excellence Strategy, Governance & Performance management Partner with the Site Leader to define and execute the site's Operational Excellence strategy through the TEOA operating system. Manage the Operational Excellence portfolio using SQDCIP KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis to identify gaps, prioritize actions, and validate financial and operational benefits against site targets. Lean Leadership, Management System Deployment Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, cost-saving and productivity improvement projects from charter through implementation. Develop leaders and employees through Lean Leadership, Gemba, Daily Management, structured Problem Solving, and Operational Excellence principles. Deploy TEOA Lean systems and tools across the site, with clear operating routines, roles, standards, and audit mechanisms for consistent execution. Digital Transformation & Data Analytics Lead the adoption of digital tools and analytics to improve operational visibility, decision-making, and process performance. Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and other functions to identify, devlop, and implement digital manufacturing solutions, dashboards, and automation opportunities aligned with site priorities. TEOA Projects, TEBIT Savings & Operational Optimization Lead specific BU or site TEOA projects and operational optimization initiatives. Deliver validated TEBIT savings and sustainable improvements in flow, lead time, WIP, and operational performance. Strengthen TEOA culture and develop the site talent pipeline through Novice and Practitioner certification, project coaching, and capability building. Team Management & Talent Development Lead the TEOA team by setting clear objectives, allocating resources, reviewing performance, and providing timely coaching and feedback. Build team capability through development plans, succession planning, and targeted learning; resolve team issues and retain key talent to deliver departmental and site objectives. What your background should look like Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical engineering / Industrial Engineering will be preferred Minimum 10 years working experiences, with 5 years project management experience and 3 years people management experience Fluent English Skills Good presentation/interpersonal/ facilitation / communication/leadership skills Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
