Job Overview Manages a sourcing team responsible for executing buying strategies, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management. Translates sourcing objectives into operational plans and ensures monthly performance targets are achieved. Job Requirements Managing sourcing teams executing category and supplier strategies. Developing supplier sourcing strategies aligned with product and portfolio roadmaps. Overseeing supplier performance monitoring, classification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying sourcing risks and coordinating mitigation actions across stakeholders. Supporting negotiations and recommending sourcing best practices. Managing budgets, resources, and adherence to sourcing policies and procedures. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
