Job Descriptions Requirements : Minimum S1 in Engineering/ Heavy Equipment major GPA minimum 2,75 Minimum 3 years experience in Parts Operation/ Service Responsibilities: - Coordinate New Product Introduction activities by managing information and providing technical assistance for incoming new equipment technologies, including commissioning or sea trials, and field‑follow activities to ensure branches or sites readiness - Prepare validated inspection and investigation reports for PIQ events, escalate them to Head Office for recommendations, and ensure mitigation and resolution actions are executed to address PIQ Events. - Analyze Technical Requests and SIMS Reports PPM Dashboard to identify Potential Product Problems (P3) and escalate findings to Head Office through TREND Technical Requests, to ensure the quality of Potential Product Problems (P3) cases proposed for follo - Review and validate information or technical data related to Product Problem Management (PPM) in coordination with service teams and customers, gather resolution options, monitor test iron validation, and update records in the PSCRM DPPM system to ensure - Propose and negotiate Goodwill support with CAT Representatives on a case by case basis using validated product problem data to secure optimal recovery support from CAT and minimize customer impact. - Consolidate Product Support Program data, communicate with internal (sales, service) and customers to build an integrated backlog list, and prepare resource needs by identifying required services, parts, and tools with the Condition Monitoring team and E - Maintain Product Problem Technical Requests and PSL execution, analyze SLA results to identify gaps, and define improvement actions to ensure Product Support Programs are fully completed and meet targets. - Provide technical expertise for cross functional groups at SCC or sites and customers on OWSS and dealer fitted add ons or attachments and escalate to Head Office for additional validated technical information to prevent and mitigate potential product is
