Job Descriptions Requirements : Minimum S1 in Any Disciplines/ Any disciplines major GPA minimum 2,75 Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources/ Related Fields/ Service Operation Responsibilities: - Maintain learning materials for Basic Service Training to ensure training content is structured, complete, and ready for implementation. - Maintain the readiness of training aids, tools, classrooms, and practical areas through functionality testing and maintenance coor dination to ensure operational support for training activities. - Conduct Basic Service Training sessions in accordance with the approved training curriculum to ensure effective knowledge and skill transfer and achievement of learning objectives. - Conduct training evaluation activities and preparing training reports to support monitoring of training effectiveness and continuous improvement. - Conduct technical assessments for Basic level Serviceman participants to ensure competency evaluation is valid and aligned with established standards. - Provide coaching and guidance to Instructor Trainees during training preparation and delivery to support their capability development and readiness for instructor accreditation. - Perform structured learning activities, including in class sessions, self learning modules, on the job training and skills development programs to build competencies required to support training delivery and achieve required instructor accreditation and
