Actualización y monitoreo de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) del área. Consolidación y actualización periódica de reportes de resultados y métricas de gestión. Soporte en la asignación y seguimiento de casos de servicio en Salesforce (SFDC), contribuyendo a una distribución oportuna y eficiente de las solicitudes. Apoyo en tareas de control documental y seguimiento administrativo relacionadas con la operación de servicio. ¿Quien eres? Estudiantes de los últimos ciclos, o recien egresados maximo 1 año, de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Negocios Internacionales,. Conocimientos intermedios de Excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones básicas y de análisis). Intermedio Manejo de Power BI, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Importante pero no excluyente Conocimiento básico de SAP (deseable). Interés por aprender sobre procesos de atención técnica, indicadores operativos Buena organización, comunicación y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
