Closing date: 25/08/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Ruba Hijah Reference number: 72089 Workplace Type: Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital | Al Ain | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care support within scope of regulator guidelines and aligned with quality and patient safety standards KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide fundamental Patient Care under the guidance of licensed personnel Maintenance and supervision of Central Sterile Supply items in the ward Upholding and advocating for Patient Rights Participation in intentional rounds Provide general administrative services to the unit to ensure effective daily operations Training and Education REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma as Health Care Assistant or Equivalent REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Inpatient hospital or OPD setting as Health Care Assistant UAE experience would be beneficial REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Advanced computer literacy Functional numerical literacy Knowledge of the CSSD basic functions Manual handling and general ergonomic principles Client Service Orientation Client service and related management principles Communication and Interpersonal Skills All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
