Play a key role in shaping our performance across our ARC Metalcentre business. Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Albury branch, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Reinforcing business, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely delivery of production and dispatch activities. As the Operations Supervisor , you'll supervise a team of operators, coordinate production and logistics priorities, drive safety and compliance and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational planning, people leadership and on-floor support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you will be doing: Lead a range of daily production, dispatch and operational activities to meet safety, customer, and delivery targets. Supervise, coach and develop a team of operators, fostering a strong safety-first culture. Coordinate production schedules, delivery requirements and resource allocation to optimise performance. Partner with sales, customers, transport providers and other branches to manage priorities and resolve issues. Monitor operational performance, inventory and quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with company standards. Conduct toolbox talks, training, safety observations and incident investigations where required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency that deliver great outcomes to our customers.
