Administration Assistant Crown House Technologies Hinkley Point C We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our project and office teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing support across a range of business functions. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support to project teams and management. • Maintain accurate records, databases, ensuring information is stored securely and can be easily retrieved. • Prepare, update, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and correspondence as required. • Assist with employee onboarding activities, inductions, training bookings, and compliance administration. • Coordinate diary management, meeting arrangements, room bookings, and visitor access requirements. • Attend meetings and accurately record minutes and actions where required. • Support the processing and tracking of documentation, approvals, and project information. • Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner. • Manage incoming emails, and enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently. • Assist with ordering office supplies, maintaining stock levels, and supporting general office operations. • Support data entry activities and maintain accurate records across various business systems. • Assist with collating information for audits, reports, and business performance reviews. • Organise and coordinate travel, accommodation, and site access requirements when required. • Undertake additional administrative duties to support the wider business as required. Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and use initiative. • Professional and confident manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
