As we continue to expand our global trading capability, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, engage and secure the specialist talent that will shape this next chapter. Based in Singapore, you will support our Marketing & Trading hubs in Singapore, London and Houston by providing market intelligence, proactive sourcing strategies and talent pools across trading, commercial, analytics, risk and specialist front, middle and back-office capabilities. You will also share global trading talent insights with Talent Acquisition colleagues to support regional Marketing & Trading sourcing for Perth and Houston, where local teams will lead execution. This is a hands-on strategic talent role. You will stay close to candidates and external markets while advising senior stakeholders on external talent availability, competitor activity and remuneration insights. This opportunity is initially offered on a two-year fixed-term contract. What You'll Do Partner with senior Marketing & Trading leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues to translate business growth plans into proactive sourcing and talent strategies. Share global trading talent insights with regional Talent Acquisition teams to enable sourcing for Perth and Houston-based trading capability, while regional offices retain accountability for local sourcing execution. Develop talent intelligence across trading, commodities, analytics, risk and specialist commercial talent markets. Map, engage and nurture external talent pools ahead of demand, with a focus on scarce and high-value capability. Provide insight on market availability, competitor activity, remuneration expectations and capability risks to support strategic workforce decisions. Perform end-to-end recruitment activity, from job brief and sourcing through to screening, interview support, offer management and onboarding. Develop targeted relationships with universities, academic programs and student communities to support future graduate-to-trader pathways. Represent Woodside externally and help strengthen our employer brand in specialist trading talent markets. Contribute to continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition processes, systems and candidate experience. About You You are a commercially astute Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working close to the market and close to the business. You bring credibility with senior stakeholders, curiosity about trading and commodities markets, and the confidence to build sourcing strategies where capability is emerging and demand is evolving. You will be at your best in this role if you are insight-led, proactive and relationship-driven. You will already have experience recruiting in energy, commodities, trading, or commercial environments in the Singapore market, and you will be comfortable engaging talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and candidate relationship building as well as leveraging agencies and managing performance against metrics.
