Join Schindler's Global Inclusion & Diversity team and contribute to global projects that make a real difference. You'll gain hands-on experience with data analysis, event coordination, stakeholder management, and communications while working in an international environment. What you’ll work on and why it matters Support the coordination and administration of global talent programs, ensuring smooth execution of key activities and initiatives. Organize webinars, virtual networking events, and project activities, including registrations, communications, promotions and follow-up actions. Prepare presentations, meeting materials, dashboards, and project documentation for global stakeholders and leadership. Analyze workforce diversity and talent data, creating reports, visualizations, and insights that support decision-making. Conduct research and benchmarking on Inclusion & Diversity trends and support internal communications and SharePoint content updates. Who you are You are a proactive and organized student with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy working with data, coordinating projects, and turning ideas into action. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds , you are eager to learn and contribute in a global environment. What you bring and what you’ll develop Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights and presentations. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail , e xcellent organizational and coordination skills.
