• Process new claim setup using information received via email, ensuring accurate capture of claim details and financials • Update claims reserves in Sequel as per provided financial inputs • Create and update claim event codes capturing loss details • Maintain accurate claims data and documentation • Follow defined SOPs, checklists, and turnaround timelines • Identify and highlight data discrepancies or missing information
