Role Summary:
Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver high-impact digital products with predictable cadence, quality, and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives. • Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation. • Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog. • Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability). • Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions.
AI Skills for This Role:
• Use AI tools to accelerate planning artifacts, action tracking, and delivery reporting. • Use AI for meeting summarization, risk pattern detection, and follow-up generation. • Apply responsible AI usage standards across the pod. • Validate AI-generated outputs before team adoption.
