This role can be located anywhere in the United States. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce and Marketo implementations and managed services engagements, from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization. • Act as a workstream lead on client engagements, running discovery sessions, advising clients on the right approach, and adapting quickly as project needs and timelines shift. • Partner with account and delivery teams to scope new Marketo work and support proposals for upcoming opportunities. • Cross-train into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and contribute to Salesforce Marketing project work as capacity allows. • Mentor and upskill Perficient's Salesforce Marketing teams on Marketo architecture, configuration, and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Marketo configuration, integration, and data issues for clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 3 years of hands-on Marketo experience, including solution architecture or technical design work on enterprise implementations. • Deep knowledge of Marketo's lead lifecycle, lead scoring, program design, integrations, and data management. • Comfort owning the client relationship directly, leading discovery sessions and advising clients on direction, not just executing tickets. • Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to shifting client priorities without losing momentum on delivery. • Consulting or agency experience preferred. NICE TO HAVE
• Salesforce experience is highly preferred but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is a strong plus • Experience working with Marketo Measure/Bizible is preferred but not required • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or other relevant Adobe/Marketo certifications. • Prior experience mentoring or training teammates on marketing automation platforms. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000.
