As an Account Specialist Print, you'll be at the center of driving profitable print sales growth while providing outstanding support to internal and external customers. Working closely with Sales, Implementations, Sourcing, Print Support, Suppliers, and cross-functional partners, you'll help manage both transactional and programmatic print business, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from quotation through delivery. What you’ll be doing: Manage transactional and programmatic custom print orders, projects, and warehouse replenishment programs.

• Support internal and external print customers while driving profitable sales growth and customer retention. • Manage support queues and sales opportunities, converting customer requests into successful print sales. • Provide timely communication throughout the entire order lifecycle, including quotation, proofing, production, fulfillment, and delivery. • Collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Sourcing, Print Support, Suppliers, and other teams to deliver seamless customer solutions. • Analyze and resolve customer issues through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional coordination. • Maintain customer-branded websites and facilitate additions and updates to program items. • Leverage reporting and account analytics to identify sales growth opportunities and operational improvements. • Organize and maintain accurate customer records, reports, and critical business information. • Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Meet key performance indicators including win rate, customer engagement, service level agreements, and process compliance. What you bring to the table:

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate pricing and margin opportunities within established guidelines. • Proven ability to independently resolve customer issues and prevent escalations. • Experience managing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive growth, and increase retention. • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to negotiate effectively while balancing customer needs and business objectives. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels. • Ability to analyze reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy throughout the order management process. • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams. What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of relevant print, digital copy, customer service, sales, or project management experience. • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Professional and effective telephone communication skills. • Strong written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC-based applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. • Ability to build relationships and tailor communication to a variety of customers and stakeholders. • Basic mathematical aptitude. What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Experience supporting business-to-business customers. • Print and digital copy industry experience. • Strong computer and web-based application skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Experience balancing independent work with team collaboration. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
