As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Wholesale Lending Services team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient, organized, and well-controlled manner. You will apply strong problem-solving skills, data literacy, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery outcomes, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen product execution across complex lending platforms and business processes. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, breaking down complex, undefined problems, and driving toward practical, well-controlled solutions. Job responsibilities
• Support end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination • Use data analytics, product metrics, and operational insights to identify trends, measure delivery performance, flag risks, and recommend improvements that enhance product outcomes and customer experiences • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute change management activities across functional partners and produce results that ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Track timelines and dependencies, raising blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with stakeholders and functional partners • Apply structured problem-solving skills to break down delivery challenges, gather inputs from business, technology, operations, and control partners, and contribute to practical solutions • Actively explore and apply approved AI and automation capabilities—identifying new opportunities to streamline delivery, accelerate analysis, and solve problems in novel ways—while sharing learnings to raise the team's overall AI fluency • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer, operational, and platform needs into actionable delivery plans, supporting alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, product management, operations, technology delivery, or a relevant domain area • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities • Strong understanding of delivery practices and experience contributing to continuous improvement processes • Exposure to product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify issues, evaluate options, and support informed decision-making • Demonstrated data literacy, including the ability to interpret product, operational, and delivery metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to synthesize customer, stakeholder, and operational feedback into clear priorities and delivery actions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design thinking, and data analytics, and experience supporting complex financial services, lending, loan servicing, or accounting platforms • Experience working with highly integrated platforms such as Loan IQ involving real-time and batch interfaces, operational workflows, controls, and regulatory requirements • Ability to apply systems-level thinking to evaluate product delivery impacts across business processes, technology platforms, and customer experience, and familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, reporting dashboards, or analytics platforms used to improve delivery execution and operational performance • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with product thinking, especially in complex, regulated, and technology-enabled environments • Demonstrated learning agility—a track record of quickly ramping on new domains, tools, or technologies and applying them to deliver measurable outcomes
