About this role
• Conduct financial analysis to identify the key drivers of business performance and provide insights into areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance against established financial targets.
• Manage the month-end financial close process (Accruals and Reconciliations) to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide financial leadership by collaborating with functional leaders across the business to drive financial results, identify and mitigate risks, and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all financial activities are following accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and support to various business units.
• Manage labor financials, including labor cost tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Drive time entry compliance, utilization reporting, and analysis of actual utilization versus targets to improve resource performance.
• Develop labor models, capacity plans, and workforce forecasts to support operational and financial decision-making.

• Chartered Accountant 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in labor cost management, workforce planning, utilization tracking, and time reporting analysis.
• Strong understanding of resource utilization metrics, labor forecasting, and capacity planning concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
