Job Purpose:
The Field Specialist IV – Fishing & Re-entry applies established techniques, procedures, and industry standards to perform complex tasks and service operations across a range of products and services. The role provides technical guidance and direction to junior specialists while leveraging extensive field experience and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational challenges.
The Field Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of products, services, and procedures, including making recommendations for modifications to equipment designs and development processes. The position also supports research activities, plans and executes field assignments, and works collaboratively to achieve operational objectives.
Acting as the primary interface with the client at the well site, the Field Specialist is accountable for the successful delivery of service assignments, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and client requirements. The role also provides on-site leadership and coordination of Weatherford personnel, ensuring effective execution of operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Salary to be offered starts from EUR 42,000 gross per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Meeting Customers for technical and commercial discussions. Preparing quotations based on the Customer request. • Assisting Operations Manager with preparing running procedures and drawings. • Controlling and supervising equipment load outs upon Manager’s request. • Executing FRE jobs on day / night shift. • Prepare comprehensive detailed job reports at the end of each operational job, capturing all lessons learned.
Qualifications:
• Min 3 years of experience with open and cased hole fishing operations • Thorough technical knowledge of Fishing & Re-Entry Systems products and services • Strong hands-on experience with Fishing tools and BHA design, milling, whipstock/casing-exit and re-entry operations, wellbore cleanout, under-reaming, plug & abandonment / cut-and-pull operations • Higher level education Diploma in technical discipline • Excellent communication in English (both written and oral), presentation, leadership/supervisory/team and organizational skills • Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure • Understanding of computer application within the proposed job environment • Ability to generate clear and concise reports in a timely and professional manner
