King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Emirati Medical Education & Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of medical education and research initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting academic excellence, training programs, and research activities within a leading healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities • Coordinate medical education programs, training sessions, workshops, and academic activities • Support ongoing research projects, audits, and clinical studies in collaboration with medical and academic teams • Maintain accurate records related to education, accreditation, and research activities • Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Liaise with internal departments, clinicians, and external academic partners as required • Support accreditation processes, including data collection and reporting • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and governance standards
• UAE National (Emirati Passport and Family Book required) • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospital, academic, or research environment is preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Willingness and ability to work in Dubai
