About this role

In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and reliability of industrial control systems by developing and maintaining sophisticated workflow solutions that meet stringent quality and performance standards, thereby contributing to Honeywell’s leadership in automation technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflow specifications and configurations for industrial control systems. • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize system performance. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workflow solutions with other control and automation systems. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of workflows to ensure compliance with technical requirements and industry standards. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for workflow-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience in developing and managing workflow systems within industrial control environments, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical role. • Strong knowledge of workflow design principles, automation technologies, and system integration techniques. • Proficiency with industrial control software platforms and tools relevant to workflow specification and execution. • Experience in troubleshooting complex workflow issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain system reliability. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • Experience working in industrial automation or process control industries. • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting relevant to workflow automation. • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
