In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products by delivering superior welding solutions that meet stringent safety and industry standards, thereby enhancing production efficiency and product excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform expert-level welding operations using advanced techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding to fabricate and repair intricate metal parts and assemblies. • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure precise execution of welding tasks. • Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints for quality assurance and compliance with specifications, identifying and rectifying defects as needed. • Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to refine welding processes and enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive hands-on experience in advanced welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding, with a minimum of 7 years in the field. • In-depth knowledge of welding processes and metallurgy to handle complex fabrication and repair tasks. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. • Experience in welding inspection and quality control to maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. • Strong familiarity with welding equipment maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; Welding certification or advanced technical training is preferred. • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly in high-precision welding applications. • Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties related to welding processes. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet production goals and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in welding operations.
