In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production operations by delivering expert welding craftsmanship that supports the manufacturing of high-quality products and components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced welding operations using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and repair metal parts and assemblies. • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate execution of welding tasks. • Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications, identifying and correcting defects as necessary. • Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and improve product quality.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in advanced welding techniques and fabrication. • Strong knowledge of welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately. • Experience with welding inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Familiarity with welding safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment. • High school diploma or equivalent; Welding certification or advanced technical training preferred. • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties related to welding. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in welding applications.
