The selected candidate will be assigned to a department and schedule based on operational needs at the time of hire. Final placement will be determined during the onboarding process.

1st Shift: Monday thru Friday, +Weekends as Production Schedule Requires Pay: $21.69 per hour Grindroom Laborer (4am to 1pm) Supplies meat to the Grindroom from the meat receiving coolers via palletjack Inspects product Grinds meat Removes pallets and trash from the Grindroom Operates a metal detector belt and auger Packroom Laborer (6:30am to 4:30pm) Performing repetitive tasks associated with the packaging of meat product Workstations include: Inspecting product quality, assembling boxes, filling bags with meat, sealing bags, weighing bags and may have to palletize by hand Assist with the coordination and running of a food processing line Requirements of the production team member include: Ability to learn and perform multiple positions (Training will be provided) Work in temperatures 40–50 degrees and 32 degrees in the cooler Being able to operate an electric pallet jack (In-house training provided) Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced Being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
