• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs. • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company. • Resolving key client issues and complaints through effective communication within Sherwin Williams and customers. • Provide technical support to assist with customer issues and new product introductions. • Expand the relationships with existing customers by working with Technical to propose solutions that meet their objectives, and support customer line investigations. • Work with team members to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Include forecasting based on customer information and usage. • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members. • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management • Study the market and look for new opportunities.
• FORMAL EDUCATION: • Required: Bachelor’s degree or above • Preferred: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: • Required: At least 5 years of relevant Sales / Technical experience • Preferred: Good communication and writing skills. • Good understanding of Microsoft software. • Good understanding of databased systems.
