About this role
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient/ward patients according to their individual care plans.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and nursing records.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and other clinical interventions.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment
