Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Dye batch loading plan and achieve the daily production targets by completing dye batches as per the plan finish.

• Understand the challenges of daily lording plan, prepare contingency plan to overcome the challenges while working with external parties to minimize the impact on dye machine capacity.

• Ensure the Dye batch loading plan and achieve the daily output plan of DNA and department by completing development and innovation batches as per the plan finish.

• Monitor the presetting operation output, quality requirements and standard set to make sure dye machines continuing

• Monitor and support washing mill operation during the shift by ensuring the production plan being achieved with required quality levels.

• Support the dye batch related problem solving when required together with TLs

• Support TL and TM related concerns communicate necessary information with department management and get require support to sort them effective manner.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree from a recognized university

• Decision Making and Problem-Solving

• People Management Negotiation and Influencing Skills

• Textile chemistry, Chemistry degree will be an added advantage for this position

• 1-2 years of work experience in textile manufacturing, dyeing or related fields.

• Ability to work for a shift operation

• Basic knowledge in MS Office, Power – BI with knowledge and experience in data analyzing in Excel
