As an HR Services Assistant at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Services department, ensuring efficient processes and providing appropriate support to employees.
You will report directly to the HR Services Manager and work at our office in Barueri, São Paulo, under an Hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on employee satisfaction and engagement, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Support the preparation and execution of the monthly Time & Attendance process, ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of employee data and transactions. • Serve as the primary administrator for Honeywell's Time & Attendance platform, assisting employees and managers with system access, inquiries, and basic troubleshooting. • Provide administrative support for HR Services processes, including data entry, record maintenance, reporting, and process documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established HR policies and procedures. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience within HR Services
YOU MUST HAVE
• Previous experience in administrative, HR Services, shared services, or customer support environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate new systems and digital tools effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Comfortable working with technology, applications, and platforms, with the curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn new systems. • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide professional support to employees and stakeholders.
