Job Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, material handling, storage, and logistics coordination. This role ensures timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements. The position supports the Measurement Systems & Solutions business across the Middle East and Africa region and is based in Qatar. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and equipment. • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately documented and processed according to company procedures. • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely material replenishment. • Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization, material traceability, and operational efficiency. • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics documentation. • Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, handled, and preserved in accordance with quality and safety requirements. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and warehouse transaction variances. • Support project and operational teams by ensuring timely availability and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. • Promote compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and maintain a safe working environment. • Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure warehouse compliance with company and customer requirements. • Generate inventory reports and warehouse performance metrics for management review. • Coordinate material returns, repairs, disposals, and transfers as required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. • Train and support warehouse personnel on processes, systems, and best practices when required. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. For This Role, You Will Need
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain functions. • Experience working with ERP systems such as WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or project-based warehouse environments. • Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and warehouse best practices. • Experience supporting logistics coordination and material planning activities. • Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance requirements within warehouse operations.
