Role Overview

This position provides administrative support to the Providers in the Pediatric Urology Department. The role ensures smooth daily operations and coordination of patient care activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the provider with day‑to‑day needs

• Schedule patient appointments

• Conduct follow‑up calls

• Manage Cerner messages

• Maintain and update the provider’s schedule

• Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments

• Provide basic administrative and technical support, including:

• Calendar management

• Meeting coordination

• Travel arrangements

• Invoice processing

• Responding to inquiries

• Address basic administrative or technical issues with minimal guidance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required. • Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred. • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus. • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
