Full-Time, Regular | Schedule: Nights, 3-4 12-hour shifts each week, rotating weekends | Pay: Hourly, starting between $18-$19 per hour, depending on experience Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Certified Nursing Assistant performs custodial tasks and assists with nursing duties in caring for patients. You will observe and report changes in patient conditions and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will report to the Manager. Primary Tasks:
• Inform RN’s and LPNs of observed symptoms, reactions, changes in conditions of patients and other pertinent observations and information regarding patients related to current nursing diagnoses.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Observe the physiological health status of the patients during admission and throughout the visit.
• Communicate and develop rapport with patients and families to ensure they are comfortable and that their needs are being met.
• Assist with plan of care based on the patient’s problems and needs as identified by the RN on admission.
• Contribute to the organizational effectiveness and efficiency by participating in quality assessment and improvement activities.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CNA certification with the State of Oklahoma • Current CPR certification
