About this role
HR
1. Act as the first point of contact for employees and contractor workforce on HR-related matters at site.
2. Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, induction, and deployment activities at the site.
3. Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, welfare activities, and recognition programs.
4. Support performance management, learning & development, and talent initiatives rolled out by HR COEs.
5. Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and statutory documentation.
Workforce & Contractor Management
1. Monitor contractor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and statutory compliance.
2. Verify contractor bills, workforce records, statutory submissions, and compliance documents.
Industrial Relations
1. Maintain harmonious industrial relations through regular workforce interactions and engagement with contractor representatives.
2. Ensure implementation of labour laws, company policies, standing orders, and code of conduct requirements.
3. Manage employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and workforce-related issues in coordination with Site HR Lead.
4. Monitor contractor compliance relating to labour licenses, wages, statutory benefits, and workforce documentation.
5. Support labour inspections, audits, statutory reviews, and closure of compliance observations.
6. Coordinate with labour authorities and local stakeholders for routine compliance matters.
Administration
1. Support administration activities related to accommodation, transport, housekeeping, canteen and employee welfare facilities.
2. Monitor vendor performance and service delivery standards.
3. Maintain site administration records, licenses, agreements, and related documentation.
4. Support preparation of administration and workforce MIS reports.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or related discipline.
Experiences
6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Contractor Workforce Management, and Labour Compliance, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
