Subaru White Plains (part of The Premier Collection) is hiring an upbeat, customer-first receptionist to be the primary face and voice of our showroom. If you have hospitality, retail, or reception experience and want to grow into sales, service, or management, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
• Warmly greet showroom visitors and answer inbound phone inquiries.
• Connect clients with sales consultants and management smoothly.
• Handle basic administrative tasks: CRM customer logging, deposit handling, and inventory stock-ins.
• Keep client hospitality areas clean, stocked, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (prior CRM or dealership software experience is a plus, but we train).
• Dependable, punctual, and professional daily presentation.
