About this role
RICOH is the market leader in business technology with offices throughout the Pacific Islands. We are looking for motivated and energetic staff for our Vanuatu office to learn how to provide site installations, repairs and technical support for our customer’s products, which include copiers, printers, scanners and imaging products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out mechanical and electrical adjustments
• Troubleshoot and repair faults on equipment
• Configure and troubleshoot IT devices and networks
• Provide on-site and remote network support
• A valid and clean driver's licence is a requirement
