Position Summary: Our busy orthopedics office in American Fork, Utah is seeking a full-time patient care assistant. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications.
Essential Job Functions: • Maintain good patient and staff relations while providing outstanding customer service. • Prepare exam rooms and room patients. • Manage clinic and surgery schedules for physician. • Address patient needs post-surgery and transmit information from provider to patient. • Timely respond to patient questions and refill requests. • Assist with bracing and casting needs. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Calm organized and dependable personality. • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. • Ability to regularly bend, reach, lift, pull and push. • Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills. • Previous medical experience with phlebotomy training preferred. • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus (not required).
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00A to 5:00P
