Job Summary:
Razor Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Order Management Administrator II to support the full deal cycle for a client organization, including opportunity and quote support, order management and booking, provisioning and customer handoff, Salesforce data quality, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience supporting B2B order management, Sales Operations, Deal Operations, Quote-to-Cash, or related functions and can independently manage both standard and complex transactions. Beyond day-to-day execution, this role is expected to evaluate current processes, policies, and procedures; identify opportunities for efficiency and transformation; and provide thoughtful recommendations to client leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales to ensure opportunity, customer, product, pricing, timing, and commercial information is accurate and complete throughout the deal cycle.
• Prepare and revise quotes, coordinate required approvals, resolve information gaps, and maintain opportunity, quote, approval, and supporting documentation in Salesforce.
• Review executed agreements, purchase orders, quotes, approvals, and related documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before booking.
• Create and process orders, including complex deals that require research, cross-functional coordination, and sound judgment.
• Identify discrepancies, exceptions, or nonstandard requirements; work with appropriate partners to resolve issues and escalate material risks or delays when needed.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready transaction records and support timely month-end and quarter-end execution.
• Prepare provisioning documentation, including IAR forms, and coordinate handoff to technical, Customer Success, and other post-sales teams.
• Use Salesforce as the primary system of record and maintain reports, views, queues, and data quality needed to support effective order management and operational visibility.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Business Systems, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to document issues, clarify business requirements, test improvements, and support adoption of process or system changes.
• Analyze current order management and related business processes, policies, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and actively recommend process, policy, workflow, automation, and transformation improvements; provide advisor-level input to leadership on opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and the customer experience.
• Maintain procedures, checklists, and reference materials, and identify recurring delays, rework, or errors that may be addressed through process changes, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Contract Operations, Quote-to-Cash, or a related function.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience supporting the full B2B deal cycle from opportunity and quoting through booking, provisioning, and post-sale handoff.
• Ability to independently manage standard and complex orders, including exceptions, nonstandard requirements, and transactions requiring coordination across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, communication, and judgment.
• Ability to analyze operational processes and business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and communicate them effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, hardware, or professional services environments.
• Experience with CPQ, ERP, e-signature, contract management, billing, provisioning, or related business platforms.
• Experience supporting international transactions, multi-element deals, or nonstandard commercial terms.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, transformation initiatives, or AI-enabled operational improvements.
