Position Overview
Join our growing Special Projects team in Leixlip as a BIM & Digital Construction Specialist and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Reality Capture, BIM, Validation and Digital Construction solutions on complex industrial projects.
This is far more than a traditional BIM role. You'll work with point clouds, digital models and construction data to solve complex challenges, improve workflows, automate processes, and help project teams make smarter, faster decisions.
We're looking for a technically curious problem-solver who enjoys innovation, process improvement, and finding better ways to deliver information across large-scale projects.
What You Will Do
• Develop and improve digital construction workflows
• Support model validation and construction verification activities
• Analyse BIM and point cloud data
• Create clear reports, dashboards and project deliverables
• Investigate technical challenges and propose practical solutions
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes
• Support the development of new services, tools and delivery methods
• Collaborate with field teams, BIM teams and project stakeholders
• Translate complex survey and BIM information into practical outputs that support project delivery
What You Will Bring
• BIM, digital construction, surveying, engineering, geomatics, or related industry experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience improving workflows and automating processes
• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities
• Experience with some of the following: Navisworks, Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Power BI, Python, Dynamo, SQL, or similar technologies
• Experience with point clouds, Scan-to-BIM, model validation, construction coordination, or reality capture would be advantageous.
• Experience with Leica Cyclone 3DR, Register 360, Verity, NavVis IVION, BIMcollab, and API Integrations would be advantageous.
• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement
