About Dore Partnership

Dore Partnership is a distinguished global specialist executive search firm dedicated to empowering corporate leadership by delivering exceptional talent and advice. Since our inception in 1997, we've been at the forefront in advising and partnering with organizations in the financial services, technology, and data sectors. Our dynamic team, based in New York, London, and Abu Dhabi, is committed to cultivating excellence in companies worldwide.

The opportunity now exists for a motivated early-career professional to build their HR career while gaining broad exposure across talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, and people initiatives.

Role Overview

The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day support and coordination across the UK people function, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and development. Working closely with the US HR team, hiring managers, and operational heads, the HR Coordinator will coordinate key hiring, onboarding, and people processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment for UK hiring — job postings, CV review, interview scheduling, phone screens, candidate communications, and interviewer feedback — working alongside hiring managers on role scoping and candidate evaluation.

• Support sourcing across the UK and international markets, with a focus on graduate, campus, and early career pipelines — building university relationships and coordinating information sessions and networking events.

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external recruiting agencies.

• Support hiring across international offices, including future locations in EMEA and APAC, adapting approaches to local market dynamics.

Talent Development

• Help gather input on learning and development needs, support the coordination and delivery of training across the firm, and collect feedback on how well initiatives land.

• Support annual talent processes, including performance reviews, talent discussions, and compensation cycles.

• Support people and culture programming across offices — buddy and mentoring schemes, Lunch & Learns, exchange programs — and coordinate employee engagement surveys and follow-up actions.

HR Operations

• Coordinate induction logistics for new joiners, including orientations, training sessions, and introductory meetings — delivering a consistent experience across offices.

• Support UK immigration and global mobility activity, including sponsor licence administration, visa coordination, and international relocations.

• Support the upkeep of UK HR policies, contracts, and employee documentation, helping apply updates as legislation changes, and assist with the people-related aspects of new office launches.

Employee Relations Support

• Support UK leadership on day-to-day employee matters and assist with employee relations under the guidance of senior colleagues, escalating where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–2 years of HR, recruitment, or related experience.

• Foundational understanding of, and curiosity about, talent acquisition, UK employment law, learning and development, international hiring, and UK immigration — prior exposure in any of these is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail.
