Job Description
The Delinquency Specialist- Quality Assurance is responsible for assisting with the collection and management of delinquent homeowner accounts for community associations. This position provides accounting and administrative support within a fast-paced, centralized accounting services environment serving community associations across North America.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain delinquency statuses and homeowner account records within company systems.
• Process delinquency activities in accordance with association policies and procedures.
• Review account activity and assist with answering questions regarding homeowner balances.
• Generate delinquency notices and coordinate file uploads to third-party print vendors.
• Review print proofs for accuracy before distribution.
• Prepare lien notifications, release of lien documents, and other collection-related correspondence.
• Assemble and submit account packages to collection agencies or attorneys as needed.
• Enter and maintain reimbursable charges and collection-related fees.
• Communicate with branch staff regarding account status and collection efforts.
• Assist with collection activities, including lien filings, title searches, and credit bureau reporting.
• Maintain late fee and interest settings in company systems according to association requirements.
• Ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
• Provide administrative support for departmental projects and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and industry regulations.
• Experience with Complete Control for Communities (C3) software is a plus but not required.
• Experience in community association management, collections, accounting support, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, collections, banking, mortgage servicing, accounting support, or a related field.
• Experience working in a high-volume or shared services environment is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive account information.
