Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position ofSales Support Agentto work with our International Partners.
The role will be responsible to deliver excellent service by treating efficiently and in a proactive way all kinds of customer requests within the Connectivity area. what you will be doing:
• Perform customer onboarding activities for an international partner:
• Connectivity products entry, activation, adjustment, and cease
• Case management (WOH, Clarify, oneSalesforce)
• Ad-hoc tasks (project-based, migrations, reports, clean-ups, etc.)
• Identify process errors and ensure seamless service delivery (including trouble shooting)
• Maintain and continuously improve the set individual objectives and to respect the defined SLAs of the performed activities
• Identify and propose continuous improvements and initiatives for the working process with the aim to increase the KPIs, decrease the AHT, automatization of the task etc.
• Ensure fast response to stakeholders’ enquiries and timely feedback and maintain a good interpersonal communication
what we are looking for:
• University Degree, preferably in a technical field
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, knowledge of German, French or Italian is an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office): good command of Excel and Word
• Self-organized and with a high sense of responsibility
• Focused on details, reliable and flexible
• With strong analytical and synthetic skills
• Good team player
