Job Description The Ophthalmic Technician Training Coordinator would provide standardized onboarding, clinical skills training, competency assessments, and continuous development for ophthalmic technicians. This role would ensure consistent training in EHR documentation, ophthalmic testing, equipment operation, medication administration, and patient care processes while supporting technicians who work alongside optometrists and ophthalmologists. Travel to external clinic locations. Qualifications Associate's degree in Ophthalmic Technology, Healthcare, Education, or a related field and three (3) years of ophthalmic technician experience, including demonstrated experience onboarding, mentoring, training, or developing staff. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
