Job Title: Storyline DeveloperJob DescriptionThe Storyline Developer designs and builds engaging online learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360. This role focuses on creating interactive content, animations, assessments, and visual assets that support adult learning principles, while collaborating closely with instructional designers and illustrators in a dynamic team environment.Responsibilities

• Create high-quality online training content using Articulate Storyline 360. • Design and develop animations and visual elements within the capabilities and limits of Articulate Storyline 360. • Build assessments such as tests and quizzes to accurately measure learning effectiveness within Storyline 360. • Maintain an organized and up-to-date set of project documents, assets, and files. • Schedule and coordinate kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with instructional designers and illustrators to ensure alignment on project goals. • Generate Review 360 links to collect, manage, and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the development process. • Interpret and implement storyboards provided by in-house instructional designers, ensuring accurate translation into interactive eLearning modules. • Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and final outputs that support clear and effective learning experiences. • Produce best-in-class animations and asset positioning to drive strong learning outcomes and learner engagement. • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing project needs and priorities. • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. • Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and organization. Essential Skills

• Two or more years of hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline 360 to develop online training. • Proficiency in designing and developing eLearning courses that incorporate graphics and narrations. • Ability to understand and implement storyboards created by in-house instructional designers. • Strong skills in visualizing instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finalized outputs. • Ability to produce high-quality animations and effectively position visual assets to support learning objectives. • Proficient use of MS Office applications. • Ability to use selected Adobe products and Articulate tools effectively. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all aspects of content development. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to operate successfully in a dynamic team environment and remain flexible with changes. • Programming skills in JavaScript. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on eLearning courses that integrate graphics, narrations, and interactive elements. • Direct experience with or knowledge of dealership retail operations is preferred. • Background or experience in instructional design and adult learning concepts. • Experience in graphic design is preferred, particularly for creating and refining visual assets used in eLearning. • Familiarity with Articulate Review 360 for collecting and managing stakeholder feedback. • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements. Work EnvironmentThe role operates in a collaborative, project-driven environment where the Storyline Developer works closely with instructional designers, illustrators, and other team members to produce online training content. Work is primarily performed using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Review 360, MS Office, selected Adobe products, and JavaScript for interactive elements. The position involves managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. The environment encourages clear communication, flexibility, and a strong focus on organization and attention to detail. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
