Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Pharmaceutical Rework Technician will support a quality-driven rework project involving pharmaceutical pen devices. This role consists primarily of manually removing labels from pen devices in accordance with established procedures while maintaining product quality and compliance standards. The work is repetitive, detail-oriented, and requires a high level of focus and consistency. Responsibilities • Manually peel and remove labels from pharmaceutical pen devices. • Inspect products before and after label removal to ensure quality standards are met. • Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Accurately document completed work as required. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Adhere to all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines. Essential Skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus. • Knowledge of GMP standards. Work EnvironmentThis position is located on-site in Clayton, operating on a day shift with a 2-2-3 schedule. The work environment is focused on safety and quality, requiring adherence to GMP standards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.75 - $23.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
