DHL Global Forwarding Madagascar has an opening for an Ocean Freight Trainee where you will administer customer service plans and programs to provide best in class services to the customers and enhance customer satisfaction in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies. In this Ocean Freight Trainee position • You will administer customer service plans and programs. • You will provide administrative support for customer service initiatives and activities to deliver superior service and enhance customer satisfaction. • You will utilize day-to-day customer service processes and procedures in line with standard global and regional processes to maximize effectiveness. • You will document the costs of initiatives to support spending prioritization and resource allocation decisions. • You will respond to customer inquiries, orders, service requests, and complaints, or direct them to the appropriate sales representatives or technical/service teams. • You will identify and highlight opportunities for improving call center processes and systems. • You will stay updated on the company's products and services. • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated customers.
