As part of our People Analytics & Reporting team: As part of our People Analytics & Reporting team, you will work where people, data and business come together. Together with colleagues across functions and business units, you will turn workforce data into meaningful insights that help us understand challenges, identify opportunities and make better business decisions. Your work will make a difference: High-quality people data is essential to effectively manage our business and to provide reliable information to our internal and external stakeholders. You will help ensure that the right data is available at the right time – and, more importantly, turn that data into insights that create real value. Our team provides high-quality People KPIs and statistics for Group reporting and develops focused analyses to address relevant business questions. We also contribute to ESG reporting by providing reliable KPIs on the social dimension, including areas such as training and development. You will work on a broad range of people-related topics, including illness, accidents, employee turnover and diversity. Using People Analytics, Data Science and advanced predictive analytics, we go beyond describing what is happening: We explore the underlying drivers of people-related business challenges, identify patterns and develop data-driven approaches to potential solutions. Your tasks • Support the strategic development of our People Analytics and data architecture, enabling powerful, data-driven insights into our workforce. • Collaborate with our business and IT partners to develop and implement impactful dashboard projects that make complex people data easy to understand and use. • Support the development of People KPIs, scorecards and dashboards, while helping establish state-of-the-art processes that continuously improve the way we use and manage people data.

Your profile • Minimum Bachelor Graduation in field of Logistics / SCM, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Economy, Facility Management or Real Estate before October 1st, 2026 • First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Facility Management or Real Estate, internships in companies with more the 100 employees • Fluent English skills; native German skills • Office 365, MS Power Tools, SAP, PowerBI of advantage, Experience with AI Tools • Strong communication skills, proactive, analytical problem-solver with focus on solutions, goal-oriented and results-driven, collaborative team player, flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments, open-minded and eager to learn
