Who will you work with? You'll be joining our Paint & Blast team at our Gilford Manufacturing facility , working closely with the Paint & Blast Supervisor, Senior Production Manager and wider Production teams. You'll work alongside colleagues across Shot Blast, Goods In/Dispatch and Production to ensure products move safely and efficiently through the manufacturing process. Job Title | Paint Sprayer Location | Manufacturing Feeder Sites Hours | Mon – Thur 07:00 – 17:00 Fri – 07:00 – 16:00 Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Senior Production Manager The role involves preparing, mixing and applying protective coating systems in line with approved specifications and manufacturer requirements. You will safely operate spray equipment, paint booths and related facilities, ensuring correct coating systems, mixing ratios, application methods and curing processes are followed. The position requires achieving required coating thickness and finish, carrying out quality checks, identifying defects, and following relevant production and quality documentation. You will work towards production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S, responsibly managing materials to minimise waste and rework. The role also involves working closely with Shot Blast, Goods In/Dispatch and supervisors, while actively contributing to meetings, training, audits and continuous-improvement activities.
