About this role

This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely within Canada. Vena is the only agentic AI-powered FP&A platform purpose-built to fully amplify the Microsoft technology ecosystem. With the launch of Vena Copilot in May 2024, Vena established leadership in AI innovation for FP&A, helping organizations transform the Office of Finance by enabling the adoption of AI. We are on a mission to help Finance professionals transform their day-to-day, to drive higher levels of productivity, increased business agility, and ultimately unlock their organization’s true strategic potential. We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to join the AI Product Team and work closely with software engineers, designers, architects and stakeholders from across the business to build new and exciting features for our customers. You will help build upon Vena Copilot’s foundation and take it to the next level by continuing to improve Vena platform’s AI capabilities, including the build and launch of net new AI agents to create a robust taskforce of FP&A agents that help finance professionals in their day-to-day. You will be an essential part of the team, as we scale and push ourselves to become the next great Canadian software company. Understand Vena’s corporate strategy and build a comprehensive Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI, to achieve customer outcomes that drive key strategic results Align Vena’s product roadmap with business strategies and establish a shared vision across stakeholders Write requirements for your scrum team and PM the software development lifecycle Assess opportunities and develop prototypes in order to determine the best solutions from user experience and business outcome perspectives Serve as the liaison between the user community (users, internal consultants and external customers) and the software engineering team Apply Design Thinking to develop hypotheses and seek user validation to ensure that we are building the right products and features for our customers Develop and own roadmaps and define requirements for how new features and enhancements will come to life Collaborate with software developers, Product Managers and stakeholders to identify, assess, build and release new software Leverage data and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and performance of features and define next steps
